Coaching
Lauren has been working in the fitness industry since 2016 after receiving a bursary to do her Level 2 Exercise To Music qualification while doing her A Levels. This led to teaching group fitness classes in a variety of formats including aerobics, conditioning, HIIT, cycle, step, stretching, weight training and Pilates.
During 2020 Lauren started online coaching as a way to continue to help people with their overall fitness and wellbeing during the pandemic, and now to this day remains one of her favourite ways to work with clients.
LEVEL UP WITH LAUREN launched in 2023 and is now Lauren's main coaching offering. More info in the slideshow below. If full online coaching isn't your jam, there's also a workout program only option available.
