Lauren is a multi-style performer, specialising in jazz dance with Meisner acting training - thriving in collaborative company work. Ongoing development includes weekly training with House of Jazz Company, London, where Lauren also helps to organise community events and fundraisers, and runs HOJ Book Club.

Training

Lauren trained at Dancebox Studios & Theatre Works 2017-2019 followed by Addict Dance Academy 2019-2022 and graduated with a first class degree in Dance Performance. Lauren is trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, commercial, latin and tap.​​
