Pilates, Yoga and Coaching

How did we get here?

Lauren has been working in the fitness industry since 2016 after receiving a bursary to do her Level 2 Exercise To Music qualification while doing her A Levels at school. This led to teaching group fitness classes in a variety of formats including aerobics, conditioning, HIIT, cycle, step, stretching, weight training, Pilates and Yoga.

 

During 2020 Lauren started online coaching as a way to continue to help people with their overall fitness and wellbeing during the pandemic, and now to this day remains one of her favourite ways to work with clients.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 2 Exercise to Music

  • Level 3 Mat Pilates

  • Reformer Pilates

  • Tower Pilates

  • 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training 

  • Level 3 Pre and Postnatal

  • Level 2 Mental Health Awareness

  • Optimum Nutrition for Health and Performance
